AM-Woke up with a bit of a sore back. Nothing major but I want to be really careful with it. Have been doing a couple of minutes of yoga stretches in the back bathroom in between every patient. Hopefully it will feel good enough for me to get in a workout later today.

PM- 25 min walking hill repeats on TM at the gym + 5 min on elliptical

Glad I have my gym membership on days like today. We have forest fires burning on the outskirts of town and the whole town is filled with a light smoke almost like a fog.

Great to see you back. Hope all is well. Must be a doctor? I could call my clients patients, but I never do.

Thanks Flat. It's good to be back. I'm a dentist and it is sometimes a little hard on the back. But the Yoga works wonders on it.

I have a lot of dentist friends and back issues seem to be a big problem with most of them. They all get weekly massages to help. I hope the fires stay away.
