Thanks Rhett. Yeah, I have still been showing up and pushing play every day. I'm starting to really notice some great changes in my level of fitness and it feels way to good to stop.

Sometimes I just get so slammed busy that I don't have time to come here and post until later.

thanks Dale. It was tough to get started but after a while it has become second nature. I just do it every day. No more debating should I or shouldn't I. I'm learning that there is something really powerful about full out commitment.
