P90. Day 47 of 90. Cardio and abs. Pushed it really hard. My 10 year old daughter got up and did the ab ripper 100 with me at the end. First time I have ever seen her show even the slightest interest in exercise.

Glad to see you posting again Mack. You're over half way done! I found that my kids loved doing parts of P90X with me as well. I must look fun.
