Morning out and back run to BCreek. Cool, cloudy weather. I have been pretty stressed lately with family, work and calling. It felt so theraputic to just go out and blow it off and feel the pleasant feeling of a nice run. Good stuff!!

Life gets crazy and a nice run for me is always the best therapy. Sounds like it works for you too. I can't wait until I can get out and run again. Hopefully next month.

Glad to have you back and that the run helped you de-stress a little.

Rhett, Dog and Flat, Thanks. It's great to be back. I have missed keeping up on all of your training. I sure admire the consistency you guys have. I'm working on developing that same consistency and getting away from the big peaks and valleys in my training.
