Nice morning run under cloudy skies with my daughter. Ran up our road for the first time (instead of the usual down). Great workout. My daughter told me that she is planning to run cross country this year in middle school.  Lifted weights: bench, curl, tri press and seated rows.

My youngest daughter is in middle school, would love to get her to run with me. She is into volleyball now but I am hoping she switches to running.
