3 miles of quarter mile speed intervals around 1130pm at gym after church meetings. Got speed up to 6.0 for first time since I hurt my back several months ago. This morning mild soreness in my legs but hamstring and back both feel fine.

Good job, I simply can't (or won't) run so late. Great that you have the willpower to fit it in.

Thanks Flat. Believe me, if I could I would be an early morning runner but it's just not in the cards for me at this time in my life.

I hope it's a good soreness Mack. You are an animal doing speed work in the middle of the night.

Thanks Rhett. I wish I didn't have to do it so late but sometimes their just isn't any other way to get it done.
