45 Min Cross Train. 15 min on Rower and 30 Min on Bike. Weights: Bench, curls, tricep pd, lat pull downs and crunches.

I just love the way I feel after this type of full body workout As I walked into the locker room the thought that popped into my head was "I have found the fountain of youth." I really do think I feel better today in my 40's than I did in my 20's and it is because of exercise.

I think now that you are no longer focused on just being running, your overall health is going to be better and in the end you are going to be a better runner.

Rhett, Thanks. I have been eating a lot better lately and doing more cross training. You are right, it not only makes me feel better, it makes me a better runner. Do you have any eating tips on how to stay lean and mean?
