Another late nighter after meetings. Lot of speed play of random distances. 3 miles total.

It was a very chilly night with a lot of stars out. I was dressed perfectly (shorts and 2 shirts and hat). Pretty much had the road to myself as it was about 11pm. Felt great except for a little nagging pain in my left leg about 3 inches above my achilles tendon. Not sure what it is.

I like late night runs, as long as I'm not too tired. Be careful with the leg.

Be careful with the nagging pain. You don't want it to become something more serious. I have never done fartleck runs before, but I'm thinking about trying it out. Sounds like you enjoy them.

How is the leg? Most of those little pains are just that, hopefully that is the case for this one.
