Nice TM run at the Aquatic Center while watching the Yankees play Tampa Bay. Did the interval program with Max speed of 6.5 at 1% incline and Min speed of 5.2 and flat. just for fun I ran the last interval at 7.0. Can't wait till I can do all of them at that pace!

Lifted weights. I am now able to bench 2 sets of 7 with 125 lbs. Doesn't sound like a lot but it is a heck of a more than I used to be able to do. My goal is to recapture my High School bench press max of 215 lbs.

Yeah, I think my highschool self was a lot stronger than I am now. Good job getting in a strong run and some weight training. You'll be doing your long slow runs at 7.0 before you know it.
