TM run while watching the Giants and the phillies battle it out.

I have been eating healthy for 4 weeks now. As of today I have dropped 13 pounds. It sure feels great. I'm curious to see how much more will come off. It has slowed down to about 2 pounds a week. I never knew fruits and vegetables could taste so good. And the cool thing is I eat tons of them and never allow myself to feel hungry.

Graet job Mack. Do you eat nuts and seeds as well?

Rhett, Yes I do. I like a little bit of Adams natural peanut butter on a piece of whole wheat toast for breakfast. I also throw a small handful of peanuts or almonds on my salads from time to time. And instead of a powerbar before my late night runs I eat a handful of peanuts mixed with a handful of raisens.
