Very nice TM run while watching a nail biter of a game between LSU and Florida. LSU won in the final seconds. Also lifted weights.

I caught the end of that game while on vacation. It was a good one. What a crazy finish that was. Way to get in some miles while watching, I was sitting on my backside.

Rhett, It has been so incredible. I love it. I have been doing it for 18 days and have lost 11 lbs. I really notice the difference in my runs too. I feel not only lighter but stronger.

How have you been doing? Did you come home from Orlando ready to go back to your healthy eating ways??

Wow Mack, that's great! You're really rockin' it. Yeah, I'm back on the healthy eating bandwagon. Today is day # 3, so I'm still going through the withdrawl from the bad foods, but I know I'll soon be feeling good like you are. Keep up the great work.
