60 min of cross training.

I did a kind of aerobic circuit today. I did 20 min on the bike then 10 min on the elliptical and then 10 min on the rower and then 20 min on the bike. It felt great.

On TM before work.

Finally got to run after a week of being VERY sick. I'm not quite better but felt good enough to run today. Time off like that really helps me to remember why I love to run and what an important part of my life it is.

Very humbling. I was just in no shape at all to run the Moab half so I ran the 5 miler. I'm not even going to post it as a race.

Still had a great time down there. My friend Rich ran the half and I was able to run him in the last mile.
