Legs still a little sore form Saturday so I did 30 min stationary bike at the gym.

It just dawned on me today that instead of coping with a 30 min boring ride by watching ESPN I could try something different. I decided to do a tempo ride. Did it just like you would a run. It was awesome! A much better workout and not too boring. Not sure if biker people do tempo rides or if this is my own creation but it was good.

Sounds good to me. I've often thought about trying that. Well done!

Yep, I've read that biker people do tempo rides. That's usually how I ride on the stationary bike too. Great job making your workout count. I think you were close to speaking blasphemy when you used boring and ESPN in the same sentence. Be careful with that. :)
