Ran in the evening with my daughter after watching the Oregon Ducks receive an old fashioned whuppin from LSU.

We ran from Grandhaven around the steel mill and up by the Gillas' to the Pardee's. Nice run. Not quite as sweet as last weeks long run, but still good.

It was a clear starry sky night with a beautiful half moon. Great conversation with my daughter who will be turning 14 this month. I'm glad we have running in common as it will help keep us close through the turbulent teens.

Good to see you blogging, sorry I missed your earlier entries. I like the balance in your week, to me it is a very successful week. I love running with my kids, wish I could do it more.

Thanks for the kind words Flat. Looking back it was a pretty balanced week. My body seems to respond best to a lot of cross training and seems to break down with too much running. Problem is I really prefer to run. I'm hoping as my weight comes down I will be able to tolerate more miles on the road.
