TM run at the aquatic center before work. Lifted weights.

Not sure why I disappeared from the blog for several weeks. I got pretty busy and than just kind of got out of the rhythm of blogging. But I am back! Thanks Rhett, DoG and Flat for nudging me back here.

Ran on the TM at the aquatic center. Within the first minute I knew it was going to be a pleasant run and I wasn't disappointed. I felt great for the entire run and only have a little soreness today (Sunday).

If I stay consistent I might just be able to get myself ready for a respectable showing at the Canyonlands half in March.
